Nitin Tandon is Group CFO at EPIC World, based out of Singapore. He firmly believes that capital, when aligned with mission and insight, can unlock extraordinary impact for underserved communities.

In his current role at EPIC, he drives the company's financial strategy, fundraising, and investor relationships. He also ensures seamless multi-geography controls & compliance in key markets like Singapore and India, and collaborates closely with the leadership team to transform strategic visions into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. In addition to finance, Nitin provides oversight to core enabling functions, including HR, legal, and process optimization, playing a central role in EPIC's mission to help accelerate the building of over 50 blue chip companies for Entrepreneurial Households.

As a strategic finance and corporate development leader with over 25 years of global experience, he brings a proven track record across investment banking and healthcare sectors. Prior to EPIC, he led corporate development at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health / Kenvue across Asia Pacific, delivering strategic inorganic transactions valued over $4 billion across investments and divestitures, driving substantial growth for the business. Nitin also played a pivotal role in the APAC separation of J&J's Consumer Health business. 

Prior to J&J, Nitin spent over 12 years advising corporate clients as a seasoned investment banker at global firms including Credit Suisse, Macquarie Capital, and Merrill Lynch. He served as a trusted advisor on strategic issues, overseeing the entire transaction lifecycle and leading numerous successful M&A and financing transactions. 

Nitin graduated from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University and has an MBA in Finance from Clark University, Massachusetts.
