Mandar Satpute

Mandar is Chief of Business Transformation at EPIC World, where he leads platform-level operations, strategic initiatives, and governance across the EPIC World and Elevar Equity network, including driving the organization's AI strategy. He works across the network to modernize how teams operate and collaborate.

Mandar has worked both sides: inside large banks, and inside startups fighting to serve the customers those banks overlooked. Through it all, his instinct has always been to build. What pulls him in every day at EPIC World is the chance to close that gap at scale for EHs, across 50+ companies at once.

A banker turned builder, Mandar brings close to 25 years across financial services, operations, and digital transformation. He was Chief of Special Projects at Perfios and spent over seven years at ZestMoney, ending as Chief Operating Officer, where he led the company's operational resurgence and business transfer. Earlier roles include CEO of 24x7 Learning and senior operations and risk positions at Citibank and TCS. Throughout, his career has combined operational rigor with the ability to work across functions and levels, a combination he now applies to helping EPIC World's teams adopt more integrated, technology-forward ways of working.

Mandar holds a PGDM from IIM Calcutta and a B.E. from the College of Engineering, Pune.
